Excited to be a Highcroft Husky!
I am super happy to be in my eighth year of teaching! I have experience in Third Grade, Reading Intervention and Kindergarten. Kindergarten has been by far my most fun experience!
I am originally from Ohio (Go Bucks!) and moved to Raleigh in the Spring of 2011. I have a six year old son named Jackson who is in First grade at Highcroft! Our weekends consist of playgrounds, museums, walks with our new pup, or just hanging with friends :)
I am beyond excited to spend the school year with all of your little ones and to see how far each one will grow in their year at Highcroft Elementary!!!
Friendly Reminders
*Remember to keep reading; practice main idea and key details; character/setting/problem & solution
*Practice math facts simple addition and subtraction up to the number 10;review shapes and their sides/vertices;continue to count to 100 by ones and tens​​

​Please remember to have your child bring back his or her yellow folder to school every morning.

Please make sure all information sheets and handbooks have been received, filled out and returned.

Remember to pack a snack and water bottle everyday

Make sure your child has at least 1 extra change of clothes according to the season we are in
